Villa Petrosa is located in the village of Gruda, south of Dubrovnik. This stone villa dates back to the 19th century, when it served as a merchant's house, and today it is completely renovated for your enjoyment. Many original details in rustic style have been preserved and a touch of modernity is provided by the outdoor heated swimming pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests.
The villa is 210 m² and consists of 2 floors. Upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a beautifully decorated room with rustic details and original stone walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a dining room and a living room with TV. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor there is another room, a bedroom, a bathroom and 2 guest toilets. All bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, which together make a double bed. There is more than enough space in the wardrobes to store clothes, and the most important part is definitely the stone walls that keep the room fresh and cool. Total relaxation is guaranteed! Towels, hairdryers and toiletries await you in the bathrooms.
On the outdoor terrace of the villa, in addition to the aforementioned heated pool, you will find deck chairs where you can soak up the warm Konavle sun. There is also an outdoor dining area, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue, so you can prepare and enjoy all your meals in the fresh air. Can it get any better? We think it can, as soon as we tell you that you will be surrounded by the beautiful greenery of the Konavle valley. And if you go outside the villa, towards Molunat, you will find a private beach provided by the owner - just for you.
